With the agreement in place and the initial deposit received, we arrange to collect your keys and access card. From there, every formality is handled on your behalf, including the paperwork required for renovation permits—allowing the process to begin with ease and certainty.

Defect Inspection
We carry out a detailed inspection of your unit, noting any defects and preparing a report for the developer, where applicable.

Applications and Permits
Once all defect rectifications have been signed off, we prepare and file the necessary paperwork with your property’s management, ensuring every requirement is met before work begins.

Construction
The renovation and furnishing phase is typically completed within 30-45 working days for typical renovations and 90 days or longer for major renovations. Should any delays arise, we keep you informed at every step, ensuring clarity and peace of mind throughout the process.
